How to return

Right of withdrawal
Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you (other than the courier), take possession of the product, without giving any reason. For the Mitza bed we give you an extra 16 days, so 30 days in total, under the conditions below.
Condition of the returned product
You can open the box and check the product as you would in a shop: the material, the dimensions and how the clamp attaches. Please don't use it with your cat until you're sure you're keeping it.
- In the first 14 days (your legal right): we take the product back. If it has been used more than necessary to check it (for example, your cat has sat or slept in it, it has hair or dirt on it, it was damaged while unpacking or mounting, or parts or the original packaging are missing), we deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the reduced value of the product. If the product can no longer be sold, this deduction can reach its full value.
- Between day 15 and day 30 (our commercial guarantee, in addition to the law): we accept the return only if the product is unused, complete, free of signs of use or damage, and in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned in this period.
How to exercise your right
Fill in the withdrawal form on this page, or send us a clear statement by email at mitzasupport@gmail.com with your name, order number and the products you're returning. You can also use the model form below, but it's not mandatory. We'll confirm receipt of your request by email.
Sending the product back
Send the product within 14 days at most from the day you told us about your withdrawal, to the address we send you. The cost of return shipping is paid by you. Please pack the product, preferably in its original box, so it isn't damaged on the way.
Refund
We refund all amounts paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days at most from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, minus any reduction in value described above. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you send us proof that you've shipped it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method as for the order, unless we agree otherwise. For orders paid cash on delivery, we refund the money to the IBAN account you give us.
Defective or non-conforming product
You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under OUG no. 140/2021. If the product has a defect, write to us at mitzasupport@gmail.com with a short description and a few photos. We'll repair or replace it, and if neither is possible, we'll refund you. Shipping costs for non-conforming products are paid by us. Damage caused by improper use (for example, mounting on glass or on a desk top thicker than 7.5 cm) is not a lack of conformity.
